How seasons work

Both Majors Pass and Full Access include a season — a cumulative competition across the pools you assign to it. Scoring works like this:

  • In each pool, you earn 1 point for every person you finish ahead of, plus a 3-point bonus if you win. Tied winners each get the bonus.
  • Majors count for double — the base + winner bonus are both multiplied by 2.
  • At season end, highest cumulative score wins. Tiebreakers, in order: most pool wins, most podium finishes (top 3), head-to-head record across the season.

You assign each pool to a season when you create it. Pools not assigned to a season don’t count toward season standings.

FAQ

What happens after the beta ends?

On July 11, 2026, the prices above go live. Pools already in progress remain free. Any new pool created on or after that date requires a purchase.

Can I upgrade between tiers?

Yes — Majors Pass to Full Access costs the $30 difference, and your Majors Pass is replaced. Single Pool purchases are not creditable toward a pass; they cover the single tournament you bought them for.

Can I get a refund?

Single Pools are refundable until the draft starts. Passes are non-refundable. If something has gone wrong, email [email protected] and we’ll work it out case-by-case.

Why doesn't Full Access include alternate-field events?

Alternate-field tournaments (opposite-field events held during signature events) draw weaker fields and rarely have pools run for them. Including them would raise the price without adding meaningful value.

Do I get unlimited pools per tournament?

No. Each purchase covers one pool per tournament. If you want to run a second pool for the same tournament with a different friend group, that’s a separate Single Pool purchase.

Draft Caddie is a software tool for running pools with friends. We charge for software access only. Any money between members of a pool is handled offline, directly between members. We do not handle entry fees, prize money, or any pooled funds. See our Terms.
